We will explore and exemplify the holistic principle of happiness through integration of a healthy mind, body and spirit. The panel will discuss Lifestyle, Neuromuscular Massage, Sports Massage, Psychophysical Healing, Reiki, Asian Bodywork, Energy, Nutrition, Movement Therapy, Herbs and Prevention. Our discussion will demonstrate that everything is connected and interdependent through a variety of exercises and meditation. Our panel will help others learn how to take their health into one’s own hand, claim one’s health and become one’s self healer.
